For the first time in its more than 100 years of history, the Bachner Elektro GmbH & Co. KG and its subsidiaries has reached more than 1000 employees. “We are proud to have reached this milestone in our company’s history,” owner Hans Bachner says. “Our growth is the result of forward-looking planning, a high level of innovation and our ability to adapt to market conditions.”

Our 1000th employee was celebrated with a bouquet of flowers and plenty of confetti: Tanja Sladek from our Oberschleißheim branch recently joined the team as a technical system planner. She is excited to utilize her Bachelor of Electrical Technology and Management degree at her new employer. “I immediately felt at home with Ulrich Kotz’s team. Here in CAD planning, I can make full use of my expertise and develop together with the company,” she says, explaining her decision to join Bachner.
Thomas Üffink, Managing Director of Human Resources and Organization at the Bachner Group, is also pleased: “We want people to enjoy working for us. Our high number of employees show that we are successful with our concept. We are also happy to see many people staying with us for a long time.” Expressed in figures: 43 people were recently honored for their milestone work anniversaries with up to 45 years of employment at Bachner. Almost a quarter of our workforce has been with the company for ten or more years.
